I agreed to try epage listing to receive leads for real estate. They convince you by saying that you can replace any leads that will not work out for "ANY" reason. If they have an agent, are no longer interested, invalid number, etc. What they don't mention, is that although they do replace them...they are all as old as six months, and are upset and unaware that epage is forwarding their information. They cannot possibly give you their fico or purchase price, because they do not have sufficient information to do so.....an yet they do. Never use EpageListing!!! They have horrible customer service, especially when dealing with a complaint...they ignore your calls, and only hide behind there inaccurate contract. It is a month to month contract that charges you upfront, so even if you are unhappy with the results, they will NEVER refund your money. I emailed, faxed, and verbally cancelled, and was told, (even though it doesn't mention it in the contract what method of cancellation will be accepted), I was told only the fax was accepted and charged an additional month. I now have to put an actual block on my credit card, and request a refund through my credit card company for fraudulent advertising. I strongly urge you let anyone who is considering there services not to.

Everything negative that everyone is saying about that EPaglisting company is true. They should be investigated by the State Attorney General for misrepresenting their services. I am a broker and appalled a shady company like this one can be in operation. They lie about what their true product is in order to get your money. Stay away!

I am a Realtor and have used various other lead services with relatively good results. This company is truly just a scam ... I was called by them that they had a lead in my area that wanted to purchase a home. Long story short there was no verifiable lead, the person had no idea what I was talking about and none of the other leads were in the area that I subscribed to.

I was told that I would receive replacement leads or a refund. This also not the truth, I received no refund for them only more leads that were out of my area. Also the 90 day refund period was a lie, I was told that if I was not satisfied I would receive a 100% refund. Not the case, I have made numerous calls sent faxes and they never refunded my money or returned my calls. I was told many times that I would receive a refund but am still without my $1000.00 refund, after several more phone calls and receiving no answer not receiving a response to my voice messages.

Please stay away from this company as they are just taking advantage of Realtors during tough economic times.

I am reading all the blogs and i got to say that i am surprised, very surprised; i got an email from them and called. I was sold on the idea and started with the first month and now into the second month and i got to say that surprisingly I did get one listing and two interested buyers, and after reading this i started to wonder so i asked the agent what the deal was and he stated that they have thousands of clients and will always have a few dozen complain, which i find is true. SO TO ALL THE WINERS its not fair to slam a company just because it didn’t work for you. I advertized with the Chicago times and spent over $1200 and got squat, but you don’t here me complain and slam their company. I am not saying that all the leads are good, but its better then others i have tried

Andy, YOU ARE FULL OF IT!!

I am a broker and did not recieve ONE good lead. All too old! Realtor's know how to work a lead when it's a good one.

I cancelled my E-Page agreement today. The so called leads were the worst I have ever encountered. I was told they were a bout a week old, but leads I contacted told me they bought 6 months ago, or they could not speak or understand English, or they were from over 100 miles away, or the phone or e-mail address was bogus, or the lead never remembered asking to be contacted by a Realtor, etc., etc., etc. STAY AWAY--FAR AWAY--FROM E-PAGE LISTING--In my opinion---it is a really seamy scam operation. A lot of lies. No substance whatsoever.

Please understand I am not getting anything out of "trash" talking Epage. But, Natalie Giraldo of Epage is the worst customer service care representative I have ever come across. They charge you up front, and will NEVER refund if unsatisfied. They hold themselves to their contract, because they don't have a good reputation, or service to back them up! Don't be fooled, and invest your money in ANYTHING but Epage!!!

I am currently in a month to month contract with epage. Things started out VERY rocky and unreliable however; I do now get a good response from their customer service department. I am on my second month and still no contracts yet. I am giving it this month and then probably cancelling. Most of my leads have been OLD, or the clients bought and closed on their house already!

Just received an email from an Epage employee asking me if I can assist her clients looking to buy/sell in my area; is this legit or are they fishing for my business? Had to google them before answering.

Comments on EPageListing sends invalid leads as old as 6 months!!!
